Our family had spacious rooms with great city views and a convenient location near Chinatown and a supermarket. The front desk officer was eager to assist, despite the language barrier, and went above and beyond to help us find a therapist. The comfortable double bed ensured a good night's sleep. The service was exceptional, with a friendly smile and a genuine willingness to help, even when we lost our passport. Despite it being hot outside, the staff prioritized our comfort and safety.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The service was really good, with the staff always wearing a big friendly smile. They were very good too help us, even though we didn't lose our passport at the hotel. The lady at the front desk was especially helpful, despite the language barrier. The room was clean and modern, with excellent climate control. The bathroom was modern and had a good shower. The hotel's location was great, as it was close to a bus route and within walking distance to Chinatown. There was also a large supermarket nearby.
